To place an order, click the "add to cart" link next to a product and then click on the "go to checkout" link to begin the order process. The site will guide you through the necessary steps. With every merchandise order over $100 at valentino-beauty.us, you have the opportunity to receive up to 2 free samples of your choice. You can view the selection of available samples during checkout. After you have selected up to 2 samples, your samples will be automatically added to your shopping bag. If your order is not completed during this visit, the samples will be removed from your shopping bag and may no longer be available. Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Substitutions will be made for out of stock samples. Only one of each sample can be added per order. These products and gifts are not redeemable for cash. If you do not wish to receive any sample, you may proceed without choosing samples and go directly to checkout.
A contact phone number is required by most shipping carriers in the event of issues relating to your order. We will only use this information to respond to your requests and/or contact you, if necessary, about your order.
When placing an order you may enter a separate delivery address. The order will be delivered to the address indicated. The "My Account" area also offers an address book feature, allowing you to save different delivery addresses.
valentino-beauty.us delivers to all addresses and PO boxes within the contiguous 48 states (including MPOs and APOs). Limited overnight delivery options are available to some addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to international addresses is currently not available.
When you place an order at valentino-beauty.us, we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. Your bank details are SSL encrypted and will never be kept or stored on the website without your consent.

Once you click the "Submit order” button your order is submitted for processing. We try and fulfill orders within 1-2 business days.
Your order number is in the confirmation email, in the My Account area in the section Order History and in the printed documents accompanying your shipment.
Once you have confirmed your order on our site, you will receive two emails. The first confirms your order has been received; this is also your receipt. The second email is sent as soon as your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier. It contains detailed shipping information and the tracking number for your order. You can check the status of your delivery by clicking on the “Tracking code” link. Once you submit your order on valentino-beauty.us, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes by visiting your account's order history section. Valentino Beauty welcomes returns within 60 days of the original ship date. Please fill out the return form and follow the instructions under "How do I make a return or exchange?" below.
We welcome the return of products purchased on valentino-beauty.us within 30 days of the original ship date.
To make a return, please complete the return form, affix the pre-paid UPS Ground return label and send the box back via UPS.

We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction every time you shop at valentino-beauty.us. We will gladly accept the return of any item purchased on valentino-beauty.us within 60 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance at 1-877-813-0432 from 10:00am to 5:30pm ET Monday - Friday (except Holidays).
- Item(s) must be returned to us in original packaging, with all accessories, within 60 days of the shipping date.
- Returned packages must be returned prepaid. Please note we are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of e Gift Cards, in which case a new electronic Gift Card will be emailed to the original recipient.
- E Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned for credit.
- If the returned item is part of a Set, all products in the Set must be returned.
- Please be careful and check the message of your engraved bottle (spelling and icons) carefully before adding the product to your shopping bag and processing payment. Engraved bottles cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We do our utmost to ensure all our products are available, but items do occasionally go out of stock temporarily. You can also find Valentino Beauty products at department stores. All Valentino perfumes, ancillaries and accessories are initially inspired by the creator himself. He provides the creative impulse, then follows up on each project, giving each creation his easily recognizable style and absolute desire for perfection.
They all contain a concentrate of perfume, with alcohol and water. The different terms correspond to the quantity of perfume in the concentrate as a percentage, as follows: 16% to 25% for "Parfum"; 11 to 15% for an "Eau de Parfum"; 6% to 10% for an "Eau de Toilette"; and 3% to 4% for an "Eau de Cologne".
Valentino Cologne is a universal fragrance that can be used by both men and women. It is inspired from the original colognes dating to the 14th century, which were known for their miraculous virtues.
The raw materials used in the composition of Valentino Cologne play an essential role in the olfactory durability of this creation. Its concentration (10 degrees as opposed to the traditional 5 degrees in a classic Eau de Cologne) also adds to its exceptional presence. The result is a persistent accord, a harmonious balance between freshness and energy, as well as a sensation of cleanliness and sensuality.

You need an account to create a wish list. To add any product(s) to your wish list, just click the "Add to wish list" icon in the relevant product page You will be brought to your wish list, where the item will be added. You can choose to configure a public or private wish list. You may share the list by e-mail with family and friends, or you can choose to keep it to yourself in your account.

The manufacturing of our perfumes is controlled by the quality criteria of the Haute Parfumerie Française. These are extremely strict controls of the raw materials, the fragrance itself, and the packaging.

Purpose
The purpose of the collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information for Shade Finder is to provide You with a meaningful, efficient way to evaluate products for potential purchase and use. How It Works
In order to use Shade Finder You must upload a video selfie of Yourself. Your video selfie will be transmitted from your device to a central cloud-based hub, where it is broken down into frames. Valentino Beauty will use an algorithm to analyze the video selfie to detect face landmarks to localize the region around key facial features (i.e., outline of eyes, lower part of nose, outline of lips, etc.). This information is used to center, zoom, crop, and remove unnecessary features from the image(s) (such as eyes, nose, and mouth).]
Valentino Beauty will use an additional algorithm to analyze the frames to calculate an estimate of Your skin tone. By analyzing multiple frames from the video You uploaded, the algorithm will take an average of the values and match it to a model. This information is used to provide you with recommendations. You will then be provided with Your results and suggested product(s).
Your Consent For Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

Data Retention
Valentino Beauty only briefly stores your selfie. Once the information is returned to You, Your selfie is deleted from the central cloud-based hub (generally within a matter of seconds of completion of the analysis).
The coordinates of facial landmarks, the results from analysis used to calculate Your skin tone, and all recommendations provided to You are stored in the central cloud hub to help Valentino Beauty and its Affiliates improve its Products and its users’ experiences. This data will be stored only as long as needed for Valentino Beauty and its Affiliate’s business purposes and, in any event, no longer than 3 years after our last interaction with You.
Email My Results; Email Marketing
If You voluntarily provide Valentino Beauty with Your name and contact information to receive Your results, or You sign up to receive promotional messages from Valentino Beauty, the identified skin tone/undertone and product recommendations are stored within Your profile at Valentino Beauty. To sign-up, you will need to provide Your name and email information (hereinafter, ‘contact information’) to Valentino Beauty. If you provide Valentino Beauty with Your name and contact information, the identified skin tone and product recommendations provided to You will be retained by Valentino Beauty in accordance with Valentino Beauty’s record retention and privacy policies and in accordance with applicable law. For residents of Illinois, we will only store information derived from the analysis of Your selfie (i.e., Your skin results) as long as needed by Valentino Beauty and in any event no longer than 3 years from the date of our last interaction with You.
Right of Deletion
Depending on your location, You may have the right under the law of your state of residence to request deletion of, data about you at any time. In order to so indicate, You shall submit the request using the methods outlined in Valentino Beauty’s PRIVACY POLICY.
If You request deletion of data about you, You understand and acknowledge that Valentino Beauty will keep a log of Your doing so, which log will include information such as Your name, date of request, manner of request, and date of fulfillment:
