SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
*Please note, any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications are to be used as guidance only. Valentino Beauty does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All Valentino Beauty orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to your chosen carrier.
Our shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they delivery to Post Office boxes.
APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to these locations (See complete Restricted Products List).
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail (no PO Box/APO/FPO addresses), plus an additional surcharge will be applied; please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii using USPS Priority Mail (See complete Restricted Products List). Orders containing any Restricted Products will instead be shipped using standard USPS, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. territories).
Standard via UPS Ground (3 - 5 Business Days): $8 ($0 on orders $100+)
• Orders shipped with Standard via UPS Ground are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the order has shipped. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
• Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days. Standard shipping is not available to addresses in Alaska, and Hawaii.
Express via UPS 2nd Day (2 Business Days; Order by 12:30pm EST): $15
• Orders shipped with Express via UPS 2nd Day are typically delivered by the end of the second business day after they are shipped.
• Some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require additional transit time.
• Your order will be shipped after your credit has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be shipped the same day, your order must be submitted and such approval and verifications completed by no later than 12:30pm EST/9:30am PST. All other orders will be shipped on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 12:30pm EST/9:30am PST, in which case the order will be shipped on the following business day.
Overnight via UPS Overnight (1 Business Day; Order by 12:30pm EST): $20
• Orders shipped with Overnight via UPS Overnight are typically delivered by 3pm (local time) the next business day after they are shipped.
• Shipments to some remote addresses are typically delivered by 4:30pm (local time) the next business day after they are shipped.
• Overnight via UPS Overnight is available for shipments to addresses within the 48 contiguous states, and to some addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
• Your order will be shipped after your credit has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. To be shipped the same day, your order must be submitted, and such approval and verifications completed by no later than 12:30pm EST/9:30am PST. All other orders will be shipped on the day that credit approval and/or other verifications are completed, unless the same takes place after 12:30pm EST/9:30am PST, in which case the order will be shipped on the following business day.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your ultimate satisfaction with Valentino Beauty is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at valentino-beauty.us.com upon receiving it within 60 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return. Products sold via valentino-beauty.us.com may not be returned to other store locations. Valentino Beauty products purchased in all other locations may not be returned to the Valentino Beauty eCommerce website.
Customers who purchase products from the Valentino Beauty website may return them by mail. To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) insured parcel post and keeping a copy of your return tracking number. We apologize but return shipping fees are not refundable at this time.
For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase Valentino Beauty products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
